7. Delays & Lost Packages

Possible delays may occur due to:

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no updates or your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partners to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

8. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

• Ensure all address information is accurate when placing your order.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

• For USA orders, ensure your address is complete and includes apartment/suite numbers if applicable.
