1. What shipping carriers and methods do you use?

All orders are fulfilled exclusively through CJdropshipping, using carriers such as CJPacket and local postal services.
Tracking is provided for all orders whenever available.


2. How long does shipping take?

Typical delivery times are:

  • Canada: 10–25 business days (typically 7–12 days)

  • United States: 10–25 business days (typically 7–12 days)

Note: Processing time of 1–5 business days is not included. Delivery may be delayed due to customs, weather, postal disruptions, or peak seasons.


3. Where do you ship?

TechTronic.ca ships to Canada and the United States. Orders with addresses outside these regions cannot be accepted at this time.


4. Are there customs fees or taxes?

For Canadian Customers: Items shipped from outside Canada may be subject to:

  • GST/HST

  • Import duties

  • Brokerage fees

For USA Customers: Items shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.


5. How much is shipping?

Most CJdropshipping items include free standard shipping to both Canada and the United States. Expedited options may be available for an additional fee depending on the supplier.
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated automatically at checkout.


6. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


7. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

8. What if my order is delayed or stuck in transit?

If a CJdropshipping shipment shows no progress for 60+ days, contact us. We will assist with a refund, dispute, or replacement.


9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Missing parts

  • Orders that fail to arrive within the estimated window

  • Changed mind (customer pays return shipping)

Return requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Must be in resellable condition

  • Supported by photo/video proof for defective or incorrect items

  • Returns must be authorized before shipping


10. Who pays for return shipping?

  • TechTronic.ca pays if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Customer pays for returns due to changed mind or unwanted items.

Returns typically go to CJdropshipping's warehouse. Return addresses will be provided based on your location and the issue.


11. Do you offer exchanges?

No direct exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, you may choose:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (full or partial depending on the issue)


12. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed or shipped.
After processing or shipment, cancellations are no longer possible, but returns may still be requested after delivery.


13. How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days and never exceed 10 business days after approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective, incorrect, or not delivered.


14. What are CJdropshipping refund conditions?

CJdropshipping supports refunds for:

  • Delayed orders (no tracking updates within 45 days)

  • Damaged items (photo/video proof required)

  • Incorrect items (wrong product, size, or color)

  • Missing parts

Refunds are not supported for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Packages marked delivered without proof of non-delivery

  • Buyer's remorse without returning the item

  • Refusal to pay customs fees


15. What items are non-returnable?

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Items returned without authorization


16. Are product descriptions accurate?

We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. Product images, pricing, or descriptions may be updated or corrected without notice.


17. Do you limit or refuse certain orders?

Yes. We may limit or decline orders that appear to be from:

  • Resellers

  • Distributors

  • Fraudulent or suspicious accounts


18. What if an item is marked "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?

CJdropshipping requires an official non-delivery notice from your local postal service (Canada Post or USPS) to approve a refund.


19. How do I request a return, refund, or cancellation?
