Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with TechTronic.ca. Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for orders placed on our store.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligible Reasons:
• Item arrived damaged or defective • Wrong item received or missing components • Item did not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe • Changed mind (customer chooses to return the item)
Requirements:
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition • Proof of issue (photos/videos) may be required for damaged, incorrect, or missing items • For changed-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs • For USA customers returning items due to changed mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may include cross-border shipping fees
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must meet these requirements:
• Unused and in original packaging • Free from signs of wear or damage not caused during transit • Include all original parts, accessories, or manuals
Returns not meeting these conditions may be declined or eligible for a partial refund.
3. Replacement or Compensation
Depending on the situation, TechTronic.ca may offer:
• Replacement shipment at no additional cost • Full refund • Partial refund if only part of the item is affected
Note: Direct exchanges are not offered.
4. Order Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed or shipped • If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but a return can still be requested after delivery
To request a cancellation: Email TechTronic11@hotmail.com with your order number and subject line: "Cancellation Request."
5. Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days and will not exceed 10 business days • Refunds for returned items are issued after the item is received and inspected • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was ours
6. Returns to Fulfillment Partners
Some returns may need to go to our third-party fulfillment partners. In these cases:
• We will provide the correct return address • Return shipping costs for changed-mind returns are paid by the customer • Unauthorized returns cannot be processed • For USA customers: Return shipping addresses will be provided based on your location. International return shipping may take longer to process.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale or clearance items • Digital or downloadable goods • Items returned without prior authorization
8. Shipping Coverage
TechTronic.ca ships to Canada and the United States.
Delivery Times: • Canada: 10-25 business days (typically 7-12 days) • United States: 10-25 business days (typically 7-12 days)
All shipments include tracking numbers.
Orders to other countries outside Canada and the USA cannot be accepted at this time.
USA Customers: Customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. TechTronic.ca is not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or fees imposed by destination countries.
9. How to Request a Return or Refund
To submit a request, email TechTronic11@hotmail.com and include:
• Your order number • Description of the issue • Photos or videos (if applicable)
