1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Note: The delivery times above apply to items fulfilled through CJdropshipping. Select products from partner suppliers via Shopify Collective have their own delivery timelines that will be displayed at checkout.

Additional notes: • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal volume, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. • Some items may ship from warehouses closer to your location, which can result in faster delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

• Most items in our store include free standard shipping to both Canada and the United States (fulfilled through CJdropshipping). • Select products from partner suppliers via Shopify Collective have separate shipping rates that will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These items are clearly marked on their product pages with a shipping notice. • Expedited or priority shipping may be available on select items for an additional charge. • All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

4. Partner Supplier Items (Shopify Collective)

Some specialty items in our catalog are sourced from partner suppliers through Shopify Collective. These products: • Ship directly from the manufacturer • Have their own shipping rates displayed at checkout • May have different delivery timelines than our standard 7-15 business days • Are clearly identified on product pages with a shipping notice • May have different return and tracking policies

You can identify these items by looking for this notice on the product page: "Standard shipping rates apply to this item at checkout. This product ships separately from our free shipping items."

5. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. • Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian public holidays. • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or depending on item availability. • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Fulfillment & Tracking

• Orders are fulfilled through CJdropshipping (using carriers such as CJPacket and local postal services) and select partner suppliers via Shopify Collective (which ship directly from the manufacturer). • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched. • For CJdropshipping orders, you can track shipments directly on our website or at cjpacket.com • Partner supplier items may have different tracking methods provided by the manufacturer. • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment. • All orders include tracking whenever possible.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Canadian Customers: Some items may be shipped from warehouses outside Canada. Customers are responsible for any additional charges, including: • GST/HST • Import duties • Brokerage or handling fees

For USA Customers: Items shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. TechTronic.ca is not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or fees.

Please contact your local customs office for details on potential charges.

8. Delays & Lost Packages

Possible delays may occur due to: • Customs inspections • Postal service disruptions • Severe weather or natural events • High seasonal volume • Carrier processing delays • Cross-border processing (for international shipments)

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no updates or your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partners to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

9. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

• Ensure all address information is accurate when placing your order. • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment. • For USA orders, ensure your address is complete and includes apartment/suite numbers if applicable.

10. Policy Updates

TechTronic.ca may update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in carriers, fulfillment procedures, or operational needs.
